Montrose Coastal Rowing Club today launched their newly built St Ayles skiff at Montrose Sailing Club. The new boat,which has been built by the club members in the town, was piped down to the water and named ‘Goose’. It was then taken out for a row, in challenging conditions, accompanied by three other boats from neighbouring clubs.
The sea trails complete, the crews retired to the sailing club clubhouse for some well earned tea and cake.
